was in a serious car accident in February 2006 I broke the right thigh and had an address bar, but my left hip against the chassis of the car and was very badly bruised, and ended with a very large hematoma, which is still there - I tried to massage but it seems that a very bad saddle bag on his hip, one hand to reduce its size - as, I still can not fit into some clothes, and the pain is still very uncomfortable .. .. Please help!
