Business Escrow Services Why Is My Mortgage Company Not Paying My Tax Bill When I Have Escrow?

Why is my mortgage company not paying my tax bill when I have escrow? - business escrow services

My mortgage bank (CitiMortgage) is unable to pay my taxes. The money is held in trust, the error was recognized and documented in a number of cases for customer service.

I paid the bill, because there is more than six months late, and I was put in danger on the exclusion list SALES TAX.

Should I worry that it will be closed? Or is it a computer error?

Are you signed to use with the tax authorities on account of the engagement? The company must receive the tax notice to pay the tax. When you receive the bill directly, not send the tax liability in the right direction.

If you paid the bill himself and then on the anniversary of your loan with a check, because there is a large surplus in the trust account and there is no limit to the amount that can be kept in custody. If the tax bill sent to you was when you move on. Otherwise, no one knows how much is due, or when you should. If the tax liability of the day, they send you then call and ask them where to send it. You can not pay a bill you do not.
