Can Drinking Pop Cause Cramps Thirsty All The Time!?

Thirsty all the time!? - can drinking pop cause cramps

Last week, I was constantly thirsty. Soft drinks, I feel more hydrated, that I drank as much water. I used to drink pop or anything and I would have the whole day and not a problem. Well, even if I take a bottle full of water when I pee almost always feel as if I was dehydrated. It was very sudden. My appetite has not changed at all. I exercise and healthy diet for two weeks, but it happened a week after I had begun. I do not have a radical change in weight. Sometimes you feel a little nausea after eating or random abdomen / back spasms, but they are very soft. Concern?

If you have a lot of pop, it was very likely that caffeine is a diuretic, you lose fluid ... So even if you drank 20 is a day ... However dehydrated because they are full of caffeine. Since he began practicing last week ... You lose fluid through sweat and water .... WATER ... only keep you hydrated with sports drinks, which are now sold. If you have diabetes in your family, do not be a bad idea, a physical and a blood test to make sure that you are not in the "early diabetes ".... Fang, it is too early to get the key to success .... Good luck to you and not worry about it, no matter ... which can be treated.

If one weeks may have been dehydrated. If it continues, even after I see a doctor and get your blood sugar levels in the blood, the analysis of blood samples. Stop pop or drink things like Gatorade. These things are full of sugar. I have family that dranken the Gatorade bottle after the gym, and she is already on the verge of diabetes.
