Electric stove lights work but oven and burners DONT. checked plug and its getting 220v. stove worked before!? - electric stove lighter

Ive tried 3 different foci. is the same. The lights work, but not more and not burners. Switch father was old, I think thats it. Someone told me that I could get only 120 of the plate 220, but Dad found with exposure meter thingy haha. Please help. single mother who hate haha things for himself and loves to ask for help, can not cook in a hurry. not a cook for a week. to eat every night is gonna make me fat. :)
